DOMA is a real estate listing platform connecting property seekers with verified agents in Montenegro.

2. Use of Service

Property Seekers

As a property seeker, you may:

• Browse property listings without an account
• Submit enquiries to agents about specific properties
• Save favourite properties (account required)
• Set up property alerts for new listings

Agents and Agencies

As a registered agent or agency, you may:

• Create and manage property listings
• Receive and respond to enquiries
• Access analytics for your listings
• Manage your agency profile

3. Listing Requirements

Agents must ensure all property listings:

• Are accurate and truthful in all details
• Use authentic, current photographs of the property
• Reflect the actual availability status
• Include accurate pricing information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Freshness Guarantee

DOMA operates on a freshness model. Listings must be regularly confirmed as available. Listings not confirmed within the required period may be automatically suspended or removed.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Post spam or unsolicited advertisements
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DOMA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Property photos and descriptions uploaded by agents remain the property of the respective agents or their agencies. By uploading content, you grant DOMA a license to display this content on the platform.

7. Disclaimer

DOMA is a platform connecting property seekers with agents. We do not:

• Own or manage any listed properties
• Guarantee the accuracy of listing information
• Provide legal, financial, or real estate advice
• Participate in negotiations or transactions

Users are encouraged to verify all information independently and seek professional advice before making property decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOMA, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is fraudulent or illegal

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Montenegro.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
